    "Bill Lucas was fantastic to work with on my new car. Explained how everything works; set up things that needed to be set up--just a super guy. The entire process from test drive to final purchase was easy and quick. The service department is terrific . I will continue to buy my cars here."

    What a refreshing experience. Coming from out of town over the holidays I needed new wiper blades. My usually very effective home dealer had failed to replace them on the "big" service I had done before my trip. No problem. The "out of town" -- "unlikely to use as a dealer for purchase" -- dealer took care of me in an expeditious and friendly way without up charging me or making me wait One might expect to be "ripped off"! I have had that happen before. But never with Hyundai and certainly not with the Danville dealer. THANK YOU!

    Got me right in and quickly found my problem. My great warranty with Hyundai took care of it and I didn’t owe anything. Which is a great help this time of the year.

    Took my Accent in to have alignment and brakes checked I have 80,000 miles on it so thought it would need both they cleaned and adjusted the rear cost me 36 bucks I was looking to spend 3 hundred so I'm a happy camper.

    My car had a serious issue, I called JR Hill , at Carmack to explained the issue, he knew exactly what the problem was and how to get it fixed. I trust JR with all my car needs, I know he cares about his customers and wont try to jack a female with unnecessary repairs or service. Thanks JR!!! Carmack You got a WINNER in JR Hill.

    We have purchased our last three new cars from Carmack in Danville and just bought another new car last night. Staff is very friendly, helpful (without hovering) and willing to assist you any way they can. Your maintenance department has always been run with professional, informed and friendly employees. Service is fast and customers are not encouraged to purchase additional repair or maintenance that is not necessary. We have been told by expert mechanics that something we were inquiring about was not necessary to purchase or have done at the present time but in the future. They are about the customer and not trying to push to sell you something just to make more money for company! That is unique!!!
