- I brought my sister to Carmack after conversing with Mark Shields on internet. Mark answered all my questions in a timely fashion and was able to give very good advice on the level of Honda CR-V that would best fit my sister. As a first time car buyer there was a lot for her to absorb. Mark took his time and explained things thoroughly for her. After filling out all the forms, signing the documents, and writing the check, he was still very patient to make sure She could work all the buttons in the car and make her own personalized settings. He pointed out all the key safety features (thanks to Honda) and showed her how to operate them. I really appreciated how he was Friendly, Thorough, Patient, Understanding, and truly Interested in making sure she was satisfied and Happy about the car she bought.
